Rosgosstrakh: Contact-center creating

In 2009 LANIT professionals built for Rosgosstrakh an Avaya-based contact-center featuring 400 operator stations.

It took LANIT Avaya competence center staff in association with Avaya in-house staff and Rosgosstrakh engineers two month to deploy a contact center and seamlessly integrate it into existing IP-phone network.

The call-center is situated in Moscow. It receives over 15 000 calls from Moscow and other regions daily. The system provides 24/7 availability of the center’s staff for any calls from within Russia. United LANIT and Rosgosstrakh staff effort provided smooth migration of the operators to new system without interruption of the service.
